Rates VS. Service! All it matters is the final experience...

Today I would like to share our point of view regarding rates versus service and of course the final experiences...
 
Sometimes people ask us to lower our rates for our Cabo Airport Transportation Service and sometimes is possible but some other times is just not possible at all. One of the main reasons, is that we would like to keep providing the best possible service and  that way keep our staff happy with us too, good wages, health insurance, good customers,  great vehicle maintenance etc, etc... if you what I mean... is also worth to mention that we always give discounted rates to our loyal clients especially if they hire the transportation services to dinner, lunch or activities besides the Cabo Airport transfers.
 
Anyway back to our original subject... Is like when you compare a hotel like One & Only Palmilla, Las Ventanas al Paraiso, Esperanza Resort or Capella with a cheaper rate hotel... The first ones will always try to exceed your expectations while the rest will just provide a service, maybe a good or a great service but never like the first ones... Not demeaning the other hotels of course, but I think that will be the best example I can use for now.
 
Few days ago a very special person to me and to our company , Mrs. Arthur, told me  "A workman is worth his hire..." as I was trying to give her a discount on the provided services and she insisted in paying the full bill. The reason she gave me was because we always do take care of their needs... And in few words told me that our service was important to them... :)
 
I would like to clarify that I'm not saying that we are the best Cabo Airport Transportation Service or the only Cabo Transportation company out there, but with some comments  I've heard from our clients, I do really feel like we have done a great job and that our team really strive to meet and exceed our clients expectations!
Recently we have got calls and reservations regarding our Transportation services because people wants a change in the way they transport to their hotel from the Los Cabos airport... Why? because they don't want to take the shared shuttle ride anymore, or because they would like to have somebody outside the terminal waiting for them with a sign with their name on and just hop into the vehicle and leave the airport... That is when they say "Our vacation is officially starting and in a great way!"
 
As you know we are a service oriented transportation service and when some of our customers take the time to write few sentences regarding their experience with us is worth to share it with you! Here are some of the last ones we've got via email. Hope these comments will make you decide to try our service, as we would like you to have the same experience about Cabo as they did!

Westin Resort in Los Cabos.

I can't begin to explain how Ubiel and his guys make the transportation in Cabo seamless. I chatted thru email with him before our trip to organize some beer and tequila and he went above and beyond. He had beers on ice and shot glasses waiting in nice big suburban. Also had plenty of sliced limes and salt. What a way to start a trip. First class, honest, on time and no issues, he just gets it. Don't hesitate to start and end your trip with Ubiel and his company.

Fiesta American Grand Los Cabos.

In July of 2012 my wife and I were spending one week in Cabo San Lucas at our time share resort, Villa del Palmar. We arranged for the families of my two best friends from high school to join us for our vacation. I had to line up airport transportation for all three families. And, I had to be sure the service was as reliable as possible. I did not want either my own family or the family of either of my two best friends to encounter any difficulties at all in terms of being picked up at the airport after long flights from the United States. I researched many of the available services, and I chose Cabo Ground Services, after a number of discussions both over the phone, and via eMail, with the owner of

Cabo Ground Services, Mr. Ubiel Villa. Let me tell you, in retrospect, I could not have selected a more fantastic service provider! My wife and I were thrilled with the personalized service. As soon as we arrived and picked up our luggage at the airport, and exited the doors to the outside, there was Cabo Ground Services waiting for us, as 100% promised, with a personalized sign showing our names, greeting us and letting us know they were there for us. The vehicle (a very large SUV) was new and spacious, and COLD, as the air conditioning worked perfectly. The driver was 100% courteous and professional. My friends were arriving from two different parts of the U.S.A.: Rochester, New York, and Portland, Oregon. Their families had exactly the same, positive experience with Cabo Ground Services. And, in fact, their families took advantage of the offer provided by Cabo Ground Services: on the way to the Villa del Palmar resort, the Cabo Ground Services driver stopped at the Wal Mart store, and helped the families shop for groceries (that is, stock up with groceries for the week, so they didn't have to worry later about being transported to and from the grocery store). The Cabo Ground Services driver helped the two respective families communicate with the Spanish-speaking grocery-store employees, to help the families find each item they wanted, and the driver helped the two respective families lug the groceries into their rooms at the resort. My friends were thrilled with the service, and believe me, it was a GREAT way to embark on our shared vacation. We had the vacation of a lifetime, and Cabo Ground Services played a major role in making sure we had that GREAT vacation together. And, Cabo Ground Services picked us all up at the resort at the end of our great vacation, just as planned, to make sure we arrived at the airport in plenty of time to catch our respective flights back to the U.S.A. No hitches, no hiccups, no anything negative, and no unpleasant surprises. Needless to say, whenever we go back to Cabo San Lucas, there is only one ground transportation service we will ever need and/or consider: Cabo Ground Services! I highly commend and recommend Cabo Ground Services and its owner, Mr. Ubiel Villa, in the highest possible regard, and with absolutely no reservation or equivocation! Make your reservations through them, and sit back, relax, and enjoy! My son and his girlfriend will be going to Cabo for Spring Break this April. You know for a fact that Cabo Ground Services will be providing them with ground transportation from and then back to the airport.

Cabo Ground Services is by far the best transportation service I have ever used! These guys communicate well, are knowledgeable, dependable, on time, and definitely trustworthy! We reserved two SUVs with them and the SUVs were in immaculate condition! Very clean! Felt like I was in presidential motorcade! We brought along our children 11, 9, and 6 years old so safety was a major concern. Safety was never an issue and these guys are completely trustworthy! I would highly...HIGHLY recommend these guys for anyone and will be using there services each and every time we go to Cabo! And...to top it all off...it is "luxury transportation services" without the luxury prices! They are so affordable for top of the line treatment!

In short, the service was outstanding. Our driver, Armando, was prompt, very pleasant, extremely helpful and spoke English quite well. He offered additional assistance and services (at no additional charge) that we were not expecting but greatly appreciated. The vehicle was excellent, comfortable, large, well cooled (the AC was fantastic) and appeared to be new and well maintained. Armando was a very safe driver and provided comfortable and welcoming transportation at a good value. The fee for the service was money very, very well spent. Highly recommended!
