Happy New Year!

I hope you had the most wonderful Christmas and the New Year's celebration!

Us at Cabo Ground Services, had a great time with our visitors, friends and clients... :) and not to mention that we also made some space for our Family, very little, but our families also appreciated it, which was also great!

We saw lots and lots of smiling faces at the Los Cabos international airport, also during our Cabo Transportation services and in Cabo San Lucas! That really made our days easier as most of the flights were delayed due to bad weather in the U.S. and as we have several services during the day, our airport hosts couldn't be busier but they were patient and very helpful as well! :)

This holiday season has been great for us and I do hope we've met at least our customers and clients basic standards as sometimes airport operations during these days can be crazy and not all the times we can deal well specially with 3 or 4 hour delays as other airlines are arriving at the same time, making it impossible for us to be there personally, so this is when we sub contract other car companies to help us with the overflow and that most of the time that can be quite stressful.

In our business our staff understands that we must work when other people are here to have fun, relax and enjoy. So they are very conscious about that and they'll do their job with a smile. They have been doing this for quite a while now and our customers keep on sending us their reviews about our services and our staff and when they hear a customer wrote something good about their service and driver, they feel even more proud of their job!
So when you book our services feel free to let us know about your overall experience with the provided service, even if you had a bad experience, as that can also help us to improve our service plus we will try our best to make it a good experience after all. :)

I would like to say that even thou the 2012 was a very though year, we've had a good experience overall... And we have so much to thank to 2012! it has left us lots of learning experiences as well as lots of success! I would also like to tell you that we'd love to have you again as a customer during your next trip to Los Cabos during the 2013 or whenever you come back to our little paradise.
