I just wanted to follow up.  Everything went very well as always.  Our driver was great, very courteous and even helped my wife shop at Walmart while I was at the liquor store (that was a very nice touch).  I tipped him handsomely and we very much enjoyed our drives with him.  Please tell him thank you again and that we appreciated his extra effort!
